How long does my order take to ship?

Ready-Made Items: All ready-made items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You can expect to receive your order promptly after it has been dispatched.

Print-to-Order Items: These items are specially crafted just for you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production before shipment. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer international shipping? 

I am unable to offer international shipping at this time.

What is your return policy? 

You may return items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in pristine condition. This means the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches me safely.

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund promptly. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
